chia seeds pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey or any sweetner
- Any fruits and nuts
Pour ingredients into container and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well.
Cover the container and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 to 3 hours.
When ready to eat it, top with any choice of fruit and enjoy cold!
