- Chia seeds 5g
- Cashew nuts 10g
- Almond 10g
- Milk 50ml
- Saffron few strands
- Elachi powder
1.Boil milk,elachi powder together for 5 min.
2.add saffron,chopped cashew & almonds and bring to boil.boil for 2 min
3.Add sweetner of ur choice.i added 1 tb stevia.
4.mix well and transfer the content to glass/bowk
5.Add chia seeds and garnish with some cashew or almonds
6.cover & keep in refrigerator overnight. U can use it after 1-2 hrs as well.
It taste best wen cool but u can try it warm as well to get kheer wali feel 😀
