How to make chhole wd mix flour poorie
soak chhole overnight, boil it with salt
mix all three suji, wheat flour and white flour with salt and 5 gm butter. then knead it n keep aside for 10 min.
put 10 gm butter, add clove and kali mirch, then addchopped onion n let it fry
when oinion is pink add crushed ginger, salt, tomato , turmeric, red chilly powder n sauthe.
after it is done add green chilly, boiled chhole and garam masala n cook in low flame
add coriander, if u wish can add chat masala and lemon
take the dough roll small puries and fry in nitter in a shallow karahi. 2 puries will consume approx 10 gms butter
serve hot n enjoy
