Ingredients for cheesy Soya
- › Capsicum 30 gms
- › Onion 30 gms
- › corn 15 gms
- › Beans 20 gms
- › carrot 20 gms
- › Soya chunks 30 gms
- › mushroom 20 gms
- › ghee 5 gms
1. Add ghee in pan, saute all vegetables till the consitency you want. I like them crunchy.Add spices salt, red chilli and cumin powder. Add soya chunks(boiled and water squeezed out of it). saute for 2-3 mins . add cheese and keep on flame till cheese melts. Your cheesy Soya is ready.
