Cheesy Soya Cutlets!
- 50gm soya chunks 2 amul cheese slice 5 gm butter salt, red chilly powder, cumin seeds, garam masala 20gm wheat flour water
Soak the soya chunks in boiled water. Squeeze the water completely from the chunks, and put it in the mixer grinder with wheat flour and spices. Grind them together, add some water to bring consistency. Make tikkis with it using 5gm butter on non stick tawa. When the tikkis are ready, put cheese slices on them and let it melt. And it is ready to serve.
