How to make Cheesy Protein Tikkis
Step-1
Steam Brocolli for 5 to 7 mins.. Not too much as we want to retain its crunchiness
Step-2
Add this to Grinder along with Tofu Also add green chilli's, ginger n garlic
Step-3
Now add plant Protein n spices to this mixture
Step-4
Make Tikkis
Step-5
Shallow Fry on non stick
Step-6
After its done on both sides, add cheese on top of tikkis n garnish with mixed herbs
Step-7
Serve hot n enjoy
