How to make Cheesy Pasta

Step-1

Boil pasta in water until it is soft. Add salt and 1 gm oil while boiling so that pasta does not stick to each other. Take out pasta after it is boiled and wash it with water.

Step-2

Take a pan. Add butter, followed by garlic and onion and fry till they are little brownish in colour. Add tomato and let it cook for 2-3 mins.

Step-3

Add capsicum and carrot and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step-4

Add half glass water since we have used less oil so veggies might stick at the bottom of the pan. Let mixture simmer for 5 mins.

Step-5

Add grated mozzarella cheese and mix well.

Step-6

Add cheese slice and mix well.

Step-7

Add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper and oregano as per the taste.

Step-8

At the end, add boiled pasta and stir it 1-2 times.

Step-9

Pasta is ready to serve :)
