- Pasta - 40gm
- Grated Mozzarella cheese - 25gm
- Cheese slice - 1 piece
- Diced capsicum - half
- Grated carrot - half
- Chopped onion - half
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Butter - 10gm
- Oregano (optional)
- Red chilli flakes - as per the taste
- Black pepper - as per the taste
- Salt - as per the taste
- Garlic - 2/3 leaf
Boil pasta in water until it is soft. Add salt and 1 gm oil while boiling so that pasta does not stick to each other. Take out pasta after it is boiled and wash it with water.
Take a pan. Add butter, followed by garlic and onion and fry till they are little brownish in colour. Add tomato and let it cook for 2-3 mins.
Add capsicum and carrot and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add half glass water since we have used less oil so veggies might stick at the bottom of the pan. Let mixture simmer for 5 mins.
Add grated mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Add cheese slice and mix well.
Add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper and oregano as per the taste.
At the end, add boiled pasta and stir it 1-2 times.
Pasta is ready to serve :)
