Ingredients for Cheesy Mushroom
- › Mushroom, butter, cheese slice, milk, garlic, green chilli, mixed herb, crushed black pepper & crushed red pepper flakes.
1. Add 15 gm butter to a pan. Once heated, add thinly sliced garlic & chilly. Let it crackle, then add roughly chopped mushroom. Cook it till water disappears, then add 20 gm milk & 4 slices of cheese. Let all of it cook together for 2-3 mins, add dried herbs, crushed black pepper & chilli flakes.
