Ingredients for Cheesy mushroom fondue
- › Butter unsalted 15g
- › Button mushroom 200gm
- › Amul cheese cubes 2 grated
- › salt, pepper and oregano
Method
1. Take a small pressure cooker(I used 2litre)
2. Add butter
3. Add 200grams quartered mushroom
4. Add pepper and oregano
5. Cook it for 3 whistles
6. Release the pressure immediately and add salt and cheese
7. Let it the cheese sit in the heat for 2 mins
8. Yummy dish is now ready
