How to make Cheesy Lentils Dosa
Step-1
Soak dal for 3-4 hours
Grind it into batter form
Add salt & ginger chilli paste, mix it properly.
Heat Pan, pour the batter & spread it as dosa.
Cook it on medium- slow flame
Spread cheese slice on it
Let it cook till turns good brown colour & cooked from all sides
Serve it with green chutney.
