Cheesy Creamy Omlet
- 2 Egg full
- 2 Egg whites
- 20gm cream
- 25 gm mozzarella cheese
- 5 gm butter
Take 4 egg whites in one bowl and 2 Egg yolk in another bowl
Beat the cream and add to egg white
add black paper and salt to egg white as per your taste
Now use a blender to blend the egg white seperately and egg yolk seperately.
Put butter in a hot pan and brush it to cover every part of the pan surface
Now 1st put white egg and the egg yolk above it. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes at lowest stream.
No need to cook both side of the omlet.
Serve hot with peri peri sauce or tomato ketchup
