Ingredients for Cheese Tomato Omelette
- › 2 whole Egg, 1 egg white
- › 1 cheese slice/ cube
- › 2 slice of bread
- › Tomato and other veggies of choice
1. Break eggs and add it to a bowl.
2. Add salt , black pepper and whisk it till fluffy.
3. Pour the mixture on a non stick pan and let it cook on a low flame for 1 min.
4. Add thinly sliced tomatoes on the top and Cook for another 1 min.
5. Flip the omelette and cook on the other side for 2 mins.
6. Take it out on a plate and enjoy with toasted bread.
