Ingredients for Cheese Potato Sandwich with Harrisa Dip
- › Bread- 4 Slices
- › Cheese Slice- 2
- › Potato- 100 gm
- › Onion- half small
- › Harissa Dip- 20 gm
- › Ghee- 5 gms
1. Make a mixture of boiled potatoes, onion and add salt and red chilli powder/flakes.
2. Stuff the bread with the mixture and add cheese slice
3. Grill on a griller or tawa.
