Ingredients for Cheese Mushroom paneer Curry
- › Paneer - 100 gms
- › Mushroom - 50 gms
- › Cheese - 1 cube
- › 1 big tomato puree
- › ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- › onion paste 2 tsp
- › kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp
- › red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- › turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- › salt to taste
- › half capsicum and onion chopped
Method
1. Put 8 gm oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste tomato puree salt turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, red chili powder and stir fry till oil separates
2. Put a little water then add capsicum, mushroom and onion
3. fry for another 5 minutes, now mix paneer
4. Stir for 2 mins
5. add 1 cup of water and let it boil for 5 more minutes
6. Grate the cheese cube and add it in the curry
7. mix it well and done
