Ingredients for Cheese Focaccia
- › 2 slice of bread
- › 2 slice of cheese
- › Veggies of choice
- › Tomato Ketchup
1. Lightly toast 2 slice of bread on a non stick pan/ tava for 1-2 min on each side.
2. Remove from the pan and add some ketup , cheese slice and veggies of choice.
3. Put it back on a non stick pan again for 2 min on low flame and cover with a lid / large plate in order to melt the cheese.
4. Serve on plate with added seasonings like oregano and chilli flakes.
