How to make Cheese Filled Poha Balls
Step-1
In a deep bowl, mash together poha, curd, salt, peanut powder, cauliflower, red chilli powder, green chillies and the coriander leaves.
Step-2
Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Grease your palm with some oil and flatten the ball on your palm.
Step-3
Place a small cheese cube in the center. Gather the edges and shape them into balls.
Step-4
Steam the balls on high flame for five minutes. Remove them from steamer and allow to cool.
Step-5
Heat oil in a pan. To it, add mustard and sesame seeds and let them splutter before adding the green chillies and curry leaves.
Step-6
Lower the flame and place the balls. Turn and tilt the pan till they get well coated with tempering and turn golden brown. Remove them on serving plate
Step-7
Serve hot with chutney.
