How to make Cheese Chilly Soya
Step-1
Soak soya chunks (30 gms) in normal water for 15-20 minutes.
Step-2
Squeeze excess water from soya chunks nicely ,heat a non stick pan and add oil (1-tbsp) in to the pan.
Step-3
Add grated garlic (3-4 cloves) saute it for half a minute .
Step-4
Add soya chunks to the oil ,keep the flame low and saute it for nearly 3 minutes till light brown
Step-5
Now add spices- salt, pinch of black pepper, chilly flakes, garam masala(optional), mix really well
Step-6
Add veggies- half a tomato and half a capsicum (small), let it soften for couple of minutes
Step-7
Then add a slice of cheese,let it melt completely and stir well till it covers soya completely
Step-8
Your cheese chilly soya is ready. Enjoy!!!
