Ingredients for Cheese cake
- › Paneer 200gm
- › Curd(hung) 100gm
- › Almonds 60gm
- › Cream Amul 50gm
- › Ghee/Butter 5gm
- › Erythritol as per taste
Method
1. Grind almonds in a mixer grinder, mix it with butter and spread it in a springform cake tin and place in refrigerator
2. Again in the mixer take crumbled paneer, curd, cream and the sweetner and blend them in a smooth paste
3. Pour it over the almonds base in the springform tin and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Cut into 4 pieces and serve
