Cheese Burst Pizza Paratha
- Cheese - 50 Grams
- Spices - Salt, oregano and Chilli flakes
- Onion - 20 Grams
- Capsicum - 20 Grams
- Ghee - 5 Grams
- Flour - 40 Grams
- Pizza Sauce - 5 Grams
Knead dough with little bit of salt.
Grate cheese and add finely chopped onion and capsicum.
Add oregano and Chilli flakes to the cheese mixture.
Roll the dough and apply pizza sauce.
Now add stuffing at the one side and fold the other side on it.
Seal the corner using a folk.
Now in a pan heat ghee and put stuff Paratha and cook from both the side until it is crispy.
Switch off the flame and place the Paratha in a plate.
Wait of 5 minutes before you cut the spices as cheese will be two hot.
