How to make Cheese Burst Garlic bread

Step-1

Take 1/4th cup luke warm water, and sugar and stirr it. Once the sugar is dissolved add yeast to it and stirr gently to mix it thoroughly. let it stay covered for 10 min, so that yeast is activated. If there is no frothing in yeast mixture discard the mixture and use new one.

Step-2

In a bowl take whole wheat flour, and add finely diced garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, pizza seasoning, dry garlic powder, milk powder and salt as per taste and mix it thoroughly. Add 5 gms of butter to the mixture, followed by activated yeast and knead it for 10 minute to reach a sticky dough consistency. Cover the dough with plastic sheet or moist cloth and keep in a warm place for 1-2 hour and let it rise till it reaches double it's original size.

Step-3

Prepare a mixture of remaining butter, finely diced garlic and coriander. Once the dough is ready , roll it in the shape of thick roti. Use dry flour if the dough is sticky. Apply the mixture of butter, garlic and coriander on the rolled dough. Fill half of the rolled dough with grated cheese, capsicum slices, and pinch of oregano and chilli flakes. Moisten the borders of dough with water and roll over half of the dough to cover the filled portion. Apply some butter garlic mixture on the outer surface and make fine cuts in the upper half. Shift it in a greased plate that fits into the cooker.

Step-4

Preheat a pressure cooker for 15 min on medium flame, without the ring and whistle. Place the plate with garlic bread and cook it for 20-25 min in the cooker depending on size of bread.

Step-5

Serve it with Tomato ketchup.
