cheese bowl bites (serves 3 delicious bowls)

Shredded mozzarella 30 grams for 3 bowls
Toppings of your choice , I have used some bell peppers, peanut and tomatoes

Step-1
Divide the cheese in 3 equal parts
Step-2
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the cheese in heap like form , maintaining good distance from each other
Step-3
Bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius and let cool down a bit
Step-4
Now either place them inverted on muffin mould and bake for 2 more minutes or place them in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 more minute
Step-5
Let it cool down and become hard , add topping and enjoy
