  • Recipe Ingredients list2 Roti / Tortilla - 50 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion, Tomato, Capsicum and other veggies (as per macros) Tip: You can include corn and black beans as well

Direction

Step-1

Saute veggies and Panner mildly, add salt ( If you want to give Indian twist you can include Masala as well)

Step-2

Cook Roti as usual and bring the stove to simmer

Step-3

Fill half the roti with sauteed stuff and fold. Make sure you start with grated cheese and end with the same

Step-4

Press down with spatula

Step-5

Cut the quesadilla into half

Step-6

Enjoy hot
