How to make Cheese and Paneer Quesadilla
Step-1
Saute veggies and Panner mildly, add salt
( If you want to give Indian twist you can include Masala as well)
Step-2
Cook Roti as usual and bring the stove to simmer
Step-3
Fill half the roti with sauteed stuff and fold. Make sure you start with grated cheese and end with the same
Step-4
Press down with spatula
Step-5
Cut the quesadilla into half
Step-6
Enjoy hot
