Soya chunks 35 gms and rajma 20 gms.
Curd 15 gms
Bell peppers 50 gms
Onion 50 gms
Cucumber 50 gms
Lime juice 1 spoon
Chat masala as per taste
Garlic powder as per taste
Chilli flakes as per taste
Salt as per taste
Green chutney (optional)
Coriander leaves for dressing
Direction
Step-1
Take 35gms soya chunks and 20 gms rajma, soak in luke warm water, drain it and squeeze the extra water. Now keep it aside.
Step-2
Now take a bowl, add chopped vegetables (onion, bell peppers, cucumber).
Step-3
Take curd, lime juice and mix it well.
Step-4
Now add chunks and rajma, and mix it again.
Step-5
Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, chilli flakes and chat masala.
Step-6
Garnish it with green fresh coriander leaves.
Step-7
Serve it well with Green fresh home made chutney. (optional).
