Chatpati Kundri(Ivy Gourd)
- 200gm chopped kundri (Ivy gourd)
- 20gm onion chopped
- 30gm chopped tomato
- 5gm olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
In a nonstick pan, add oil, cumin seeds. Once it splutters, add onion.
Fry for a minute, add the chopped kundri. Add tomatoes. Toss well.
Add turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, little garam powder and a generous amount of dry mango powder & 1 tbsp of lime juice. Add salt and little water.
Cook covered for a few mins. This will be dry preparation.
