Soya chunks - 50 gms
Onion - 25 gms
Tomato - 25 gms
Capsicum - 50 gms
fresh Cream - 10 ml
Oil - 3 gms
Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli

Step-1
Heat oil, Add ginger garlic and later onions, Saute it for around 3-4 minutes.
Step-2
Add tomato, after 2 minutes add spices to your taste.
Step-3
Add soaked soya nuggets to it. Cover the pan for 10 minutes.
Step-4
Add Capsicum and make the mix dry on high flame.
Step-5
Add cream and take it off from stove.
Step-6
Dish out and sprinkle some fresh coriander or spring onions.
Step-7
Add some lemon drops and chat malasa before serving.
