60gm sago 8gm ghee 50gm carrot 50gm potato 1/2 onion Green chilli Curry leaf Yellow and green bell pepper
Salt Pinch turmeric Kashmiri chill powder Magic masala Black pepper Rai seeds 15gm roasted peanut
Dip sago in water over night or for hours.Then rinse the water . Heat a pan add ghee then add rai seeds and curry leaf . Then add sliced onion to it ,let it cook till it becomes translucent.
Add chopped potatoes and let it cook . Then add roasted peanut cook it for min
Then add sago into the pan and add all the spices and salt and mix it properly.
Let it cook for min then add chopped carrot and bell pepper and chopped green chilli. Mix it . Then cook it for min more and it’s ready .
Note: magic masala quantity can be used as taste and preference I have used half packet. I have kept the veggies semi raw for the crunch .
