100gm lauki chopped
50gm onion
3ml oil
10gm garlic
20gm green peas
20gm masoor dal
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves

Step-1
Soak the dal in water for 10 mins.
Step-2
In a nonstick pan, add all the items one by one . fry them well
Step-3
Add salt, 1-2 tbsp water, lime juice, dry mango powder, res chilly powder, turmeric and garam masala.
