chatpata Aam panna
- Row mango 150 gm
- rost cumin powder 1 tspn
- black salt 1 tspn
- mint or coriander leaves
Peel the skin of the mangoes and chop them into small pieces. Put them in a pressure cooker. Add enough water to cover them and cook till soft. ( One whistle on high and 2 on low )
Remove the pressure cooker from heat and let the mangoes cool down.Transfer the mangoes in a blender. Add mint leaves and blend until smooth.
add cumin powder and black salt to the mango pulp.Now add 5-6 cups of water and mix well.
chill it for few hours before serving..
