Ingredients for chana dal pulav
- › chana dal 50 gm
- › rice 30 gm
- › ghee 5 gm
- › khade masale tej patta , black pepper, cloves, any veg Biryani masala
- › paneer
- › potatoes 50 gm
Method
1. wash and soak chana dal and rice for 3 hours
2. take pressure cooker and heat ghee l, add jeera and all spices like tek patta, black pepper
3. add little turmeric
4. add dal and rice don't add water and roast it for few minutes
5. then add water just to cover dal rice not too much
6. add salt coriander leaves , can add paneer here also, but I have roasted it simply on tawa without any ghee or butter
7. pressure cook for two whistle a d it's ready
