- › Chana (Black gram) 30gm soaked over night and boiled
- › Onion 20gm fine chopped
- › Tomato 25gm fine chopped
- › Cucumber 25gm fine chopped
- › Green chilli 1 fine chopped
- › Coriander 1 spoon chopped
- › Red chilli powder, Chaat masala, Himalayan salt, Black pepper powder
