1. Method : wheat flour coarse 60gms plus suji 5gms plus 5gms ghee mix all together adding lil water and make it little medium hard dow .I baked ths batti in idli cooker u can bake in microwave as well or can free in ghee. break the baati in middle add jaggery powder and add hot homemade desi ghee .Its very healthy and best sweet dish to eat specially in rainy season or winter season.
