- 1.Cauliflower-80gm 2.Paneer-20gm 3.Coconut oil-1teaspoon 4.Mustard- half teaspoon 5.Jeera powder- half teaspoon 6. Garam masala - half teaspoon 7.Salt- as per taste
Soak Cauliflower florets in hot water with turmeric for few minutes. Then grate it. Crumble the paneer cubes. In a pan, add oil and splutter mustard seeds. Then add coconut, jeera powder, garam masala and sautee for few seconds till the raw smell goes. Now add Cauliflower and paneer.Mix it well and cook for two minutes. Add salt and you can garnish with chopped cilantro.
