Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listCauliflower florets 100 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listBoiled soya chunks 15 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listButter/ coconut oil 5 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listTomato 10 gms

Direction

Step-1

Cut cauliflower florets into small pieces and soak them in lukewarm water. Take them oht and mix with turmeric powder and chilly powder.

Step-2

In a pan, put butter, cumin seeds, 2 bay leaves, 2 cloves and put the cauliflower florets.

Step-3

Fry them all for a few mins and add the boiled/ soaked soya chunks after removing the extra water.

Step-4

In a bowl, put 1/4th cup water and put coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and chilly powder. Mix this all and add it to the pan.

Step-5

Add salt to taste and water depending on the amount of gravy you want.

Step-6

Cover the lid of the pan and cook for another 10 mins. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves (optional). Serve hot with rice or bread/roti.
