Cauliflower 200gm
Peas 30gm peas

Grind the cauliflower to rice like consistency. Take a pan, heat olive oil. After oil is heated, add in cumin seeds/jeera, after it sputters add in peas, fry for 1 min, then add the cauliflower rice and fry it till done. Don't overcook the rice, since it will be soggy. That's all, enjoy. Serve hot as a replacement for rice in a Ketogenic or low carb diet.
