How to make Cauliflower fried rice!

Step-1

Microwave shredded cauliflower, covered with a pierced cling film for 4 min on high. Let it cool - squeeze in a cheese cloth to drain the liquid from steaming. heat ghee or oil - add ginger garlic, green chilli, onions, vegetables - sauté until lightly done. Add salt and add cauliflower - cook on high for couple of minutes. Add cooked white rice and paneer cubes. mix everything and add garnish with chopped coriander!
