Ingredients for Cauliflower cutlets
- › Cauliflower rice Roasted at 425 F for 10 minutes
- › Psyllium husk 1 tbsp
- › Spices- salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, ajwain
- › Besan 50 g
- › Oil- 5 gm
1. Mix spices, cauliflower rice, besan. Make patties. Spray or brush oil. Air fry at 375F for 6 minutes. Flip, brush oil and air fry for another 4-5 minutes.
2. Yielded around 29 patties. Macros for all patties. Divide and eat per your macros
