Cauliflower Crust Pizza
- Veggies of Choice for toppings, I added Paneer as well 400 gms cauliflower grated(about 5 cups) 2 large eggs, lightly beaten low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups) 1 teaspoon salt-free Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder and Freshly ground black pepper 1/3 cup pizza sauce Fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes, for serving (optional)
Place cauliflower pieces through the food processor using the grating blade; pulse until all the cauliflower is shredded.
Add cauliflower to steamer and cover, and steam until tender, about 15 minutes. Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until cooled, about 15 minutes.
Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
Mix cheese blend, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper into cauliflower until evenly incorporated. Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet; press and shape into a pizza crust.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
cool the crust to room temperature and then add pizza sauce. Veggies and paneer or any of your favorite toppings.
bake for another 10 mins till the cheese on top melts.
