Cauli Soya Stuffed Paratha

Raw cauliflower-150 g
Raw Soya chunks-25 g
Wheat flour-50 g
Coconut oil-10 g
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp (optional)
Cummin powder- 1 tsp
Corriander powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- half tsp
Green chilli-1
Garlic pods - 2-3
Ginger- half inch piece
Ajwain-1 pinch
Red chilli powder-half tsp
Salt to taste
Wheat flour or rice flour for dusting / rolling paratha
Hing(asafodita)- 1 pinch
Chat masala/ amchur - half tsp ( optional)
Direction
Step-1
Grind raw soya chunks with one green chilli, 2-3 garlic cloves, half inch ginger
Step-2
Clean and grate cauliflower , apply salt and keep aside
Step-3
In a nonstick pan , add little oil(2 g ) , heat
Add hing , ajwain and cauliflower
Keep stirring
Step-4
Add ginger garlic paste and cook cauliflower till it softens a little

Add soya chunks powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cummin powder, corriander powder,chat masala or any other masala of your choice

Keep stirring till it is dry enough for stuffing , let it cool

Knead wheat flour with water and salt like chapati dough

Make two parts of the dough

Roll a small circle and add stuffing and close it to form a ball

Roll paratha dusting flour

Brush oil on nonstick pan and roast parathas from both sides
