  • Recipe Ingredients list5 gm almond flour
  • Recipe Ingredients list10-12 gm stevia/truvia
  • Recipe Ingredients listPinch of cardamom powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list20 gm cauli rice ( finely grated cauliflower)

Direction

Step-1

Take the milk in a pan and boil it.

Step-2

Add sweetener to it and mix well.

Step-3

Add almond flour and stir it.

Step-4

Add cardamom powder and cauli rice and keep stirring until you get the desired consistency.

Step-5

Kheer is ready garnish with 1 almond and refrigerate it to cool down.

Step-6

Enjoy the dessert.
