- 200 ml milk
- 5 gm almond flour
- 10-12 gm stevia/truvia
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- 20 gm cauli rice ( finely grated cauliflower)
Take the milk in a pan and boil it.
Add sweetener to it and mix well.
Add almond flour and stir it.
Add cardamom powder and cauli rice and keep stirring until you get the desired consistency.
Kheer is ready garnish with 1 almond and refrigerate it to cool down.
Enjoy the dessert.
