Low carb Cauli-Cheese cutlets
- Cheddar cheese
- Mixed herbs
Grind 150g cauliflower,
Dry out the water using a cloth,
Add 2ml oil, garlic paste, pinch of salt, black and red pepper, chives, basel, mixed herbs,
Add 25g Cheddar cheese and 1 egg.
Grease microwave pot with 2-3ml oil. Bake at 200°C for 25-30min.
Enjoy with green chutney or ketchup🤩
