Ingredients for cauli and paneer upma
- › Cauliflower-100 g
- › Paneer - 50 g
- › Onion-25g
- › Carrot-10 g
- › Capsicums/ bell peppers -50 g
- › Ghee/oil -3 g
- › For tadka - muastard seeds ,curry leaves,green chilli,asafoditida,, turmeric powder
- › Lemon juice -1 tsp
- › Salt
- › Fresh corriander leaves for garnish
Method
1. Finely chop cauliflower florets in chopper ( I used string one )also other veggies
2. Heat ghee/ oil in a pan
3. Add mustard seed ,curry leaves,onion , green chilli and sauté it Add turmeric powder and Asafotida
4. Add other veggies and cauliflower and stirr it ,add salt
5. After cauli softens add paneer Add lemon juice
6. Garnish with fresh corriander leaves Enjoyyyy
