Ingredients for Cashew Vanilla Protein Balls
- › 150g raw unsalted cashews
- › 40g vanilla protein powder (Genetix lean whey)
- › 20g shredded coconut
- › 20g black chia seeds
- › 75g pitted dates
- › 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- › 1 Tbsp water
Method
1. Add cashews to food processor & blitz for a few seconds
2. Add remaining ingredients & blitz together for around a minute or until fully combined
3. Roll into 12 small balls & refrigerate
4.
