  • Recipe Ingredients list150g raw unsalted cashews
  • Recipe Ingredients list40g vanilla protein powder (Genetix lean whey)
  • Recipe Ingredients list20g shredded coconut
  • Recipe Ingredients list20g black chia seeds
  • Recipe Ingredients list75g pitted dates
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 Tbsp water

Direction

Step-1

Add cashews to food processor & blitz for a few seconds

Step-2

Add remaining ingredients & blitz together for around a minute or until fully combined

Step-3

Roll into 12 small balls & refrigerate
