Cashew Vanilla Protein Balls

150g raw unsalted cashews
40g vanilla protein powder (Genetix lean whey)
20g shredded coconut
20g black chia seeds
75g pitted dates
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp water
Direction
Step-1
Add cashews to food processor & blitz for a few seconds
Step-2
Add remaining ingredients & blitz together for around a minute or until fully combined
Step-3
Roll into 12 small balls & refrigerate
