Ingredients for carrot beet kanjhi
- › Carrot 50 gm
- › Mustard seeds 10gm
- › Beets 30gm
Method
1. Take a pot add 1.5 litres of water in it
2. Then add sliced carrots and beet root Add 1tbsp salt , 1/2 tbsp black salt ,red chilly powder a pinch of hing(asafoetida) and crushed mustard seeds. Cover it with cotton cloth
3. Place the pot in sun light for 4-5 days Enjoy the drink It’s good for your cardiovascular health
