Ingredients for Caramelised fox nuts
- › fox nuts 40g
- › ghee 8g
- › jaggery 15g
- › dessicated coconut 5g
Method
1. Take a pan add ghee to it and roast the fox nuts till crispy
2. Now add the dessicated coconut stir and remove it from the flame
3. Take a vessel add the jaggery and 3tablespoon water and melt the jaggery and make it a thick liquid
4. Pour the jaggery mix over the fox nuts and mix well.
5. Cool it and fill in airtight containers and enjoy for 5days.
