Ingredients for CapsicumEgg Rice
- › Capsicum
- › onion
- › green chilli
- › ghee 5gms
- › rice 30gms
- › 2 raw eggs
- › 3boiled egg whites
Method
1. Take 5gm ghee in a pan, saute the Vegetables and boiled egg white ,and remove after done.
2. take 2 eggs make like bhurji
3. now add previously sauted vegetables and eggs
4. add rice and saute and sprinkle only black pepper and salt.
