Step-1
Take 5gm ghee in a pan, saute the Vegetables and boiled egg white ,and remove after done.
Step-2
take 2 eggs make like bhurji
Step-3
now add previously sauted vegetables and eggs
Step-4
add rice and saute and sprinkle only black pepper and salt.
