Ingredients for Capsicum Omlet
- › 2 whole eggs
- › 100 gm capsicum
- › 10 gm ghee
- › Salt for taste
- › Pepper/chilli powder for taste
1. Take 100gm capsicum and cut into small pieces.
2. In a bowl take 2 whole eggs and mix the capsicum.
3. Add salt and pepper/chilli powder as per the taste.
4. Take a pan and add 10gm ghee and pour the Omlet and cook well on both the sides.
