- 2 whole eggs
- 100 gm capsicum
- 10 gm ghee
- Salt for taste
- Pepper/chilli powder for taste
Take 100gm capsicum and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl take 2 whole eggs and mix the capsicum.
Add salt and pepper/chilli powder as per the taste.
Take a pan and add 10gm ghee and pour the Omlet and cook well on both the sides.
