Ingredients for CAP juice - carrot apple pineapple ginger mix
- › Carrot (washed and peeled) - 260g
- › Pineapple (peeled) - 220g
- › Apple (deseeded) - 160g
- › Ginger - 0.5 inch
- › Water (as required) - 400ml
Method
1. 1. Cut the fruits into small pieces and put into the mixer. I have used a mixer and not juicer, as I don't throw the remnants and use it in the juice itself. 2. Add water and mix/blend it in batches. Strain and blend all the filtered portion with little bit of water. 3. Store in glass jar and serve. Better to be consumed right away for the freshness to be enjoyed. From the above quantity, I got 1.2ltrs (including water quantity) of output.
